Rental Agreement


This agreement dated ________ is between Gregory J. Lindeberg, (owner) and _______________
(renter) for the property located at 39 Sadowski Causeway in Key Colony Beach, Florida (rental unit)

Renters have contracted for the exclusive use of the rental unit from ____________ at 3:00 PM
through ________________ at noon eastern time (rental period).

In consideration for the use of the rental unit, Renters will pay rent of $_________, 11.5% Florida
Taxes of $_______ and a refundable security deposit of $200, for a total amount due of $_______ .  
Renters have paid $_________ of the $_______ leaving a balance due of $______________.

Renters agree to forward the balance due on or before _________________.  

A full refund of all money paid will be made if cancellation of this contract is made, in writing, and
delivered to lessee on or before ______________ (30 days prior to the rental period).  

Once payment in full has been made, owner will forward a set of the key(s) to the rental unit and a
Cabana Club pass to renters.

Renters agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the City of Key Colony Beach, and the Cabana
Club.  Failure to abide by all rules, may result is forfeiture of security deposit.  

After the rental period has ended, renters agree to return the key(s) to lessee.  

General cleaning of the unit is the responsibility of the renter.  General cleaning includes:

Garbage deposited outside in garbage cans                 A/C turned off        
Bed linens removed and placed in laundry room           Bath towels placed in laundry room
Dishes cleaned and put away                                        Ceiling fans turned on low
All food removed from refrigerator / freezer                   Doors shut and locked                

After the keys have been returned, and the unit inspected, owner will return the security deposit if the
security deposit will be returned.
